14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In original packaging.
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Customized Orders

Please note that customized belts are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically according to your approved design and preferences.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all eligible returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Partial Refund for Damage in Transit

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with evidence (photos of the damage and packaging). We will review the situation, and a partial refund may be issued based on the extent of the damage.

Return Shipping

When returning an item, you must use a trackable courier service to ensure that the package can be tracked during transit. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received, it will go through an inspection to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 3 to 4 business days after the item is delivered to us.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will only be processed after the inspection of the returned item.
  • Shipping fees (both initial and return) are non-refundable.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to decline the refund or issue a partial refund.

Exchange Policy

Customized Orders

Since custom championship belts are made specifically to your design specifications, custom orders cannot be exchanged. We encourage you to carefully review and approve the design proof before production begins to avoid any discrepancies.

Non-Customized (Regular) Orders

For regular, non-custom belts, exchanges can be made under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
  • The request for an exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • You must provide a valid reason for the exchange, such as receiving the wrong size or style.

Exchange Process

If your item qualifies for an exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team to initiate the exchange process. You will need to provide your order number and reason for the exchange.
  2. Return the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  3. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
  4. New Shipment: Upon approval of the exchange, we will ship the new item to you. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement and cover any associated shipping costs. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
